Cooking with Amanda – Vegan Comfort Foods

Cheese sauce and pesto are two delicious sauces that usually contain dairy products. Amanda will demonstrate how to make them both vegan while maintaining the delicious flavor.

An English tradition is to eat sausages (bangers) with mashed potatoes. Amanda will make a healthy mashed potato recipe, and show a selection of vegan sausages to go with it. She’ll follow this up with a chocolate “pudding”.
